Fellston® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty is limited to the original owner. The warranty does not cover abuse or misuse. It does not cover unauthorized repairs or non-factory alterations to the product. This warranty does not cover exposure to sunlight, mold, moisture, extreme temperatures, use of non approved cleaning products or exposure to harsh chemicals.

The owner is responsible to contact Fellston® within 2 weeks of any shipment shortages or missing parts. Failure to do so is conclusive proof that nothing was missing and products were fully received.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping the product back to the factory. Fellston® will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer. The warranty is limited to factory provided parts, factory repair or replacement at the sole discretion of Fellston®.
